Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue a refund once the files have been downloaded. That is standard policy in the digital industry.

We believe in our digital products 100% and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please contact us at luxuryfiltersnp@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

Lifetime Purchase Protections

If you lost your phone or accidentally deleted your digital assets, don’t worry, we got you covered. Just send us the email you used to make your purchase and we’ll send you the products again for you to download and install. Contact us at luxuryfiltersnp@gmail.com

Chargeback Policy

Due to the nature of our products ie. something that can be downloaded and potentially shared without our permission and/or downloaded before a then voided purchase, we do not allow any chargebacks from purchases where the preset has been downloaded. We will dispute any such charge if the product has been downloaded. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
